These terms govern the use of all esthetician services provided by 13Esthetics LLC, including, but not limited to, facials, LED therapy, microcurrent treatments, and other skincare treatments.

• Booking: Appointments can be made online or by phone. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
   
• Deposits: A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your service.
   
• Cancellations: We require at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.
   
• Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a fee may be applied.
   

• Client Responsibility: Clients must disclose any known skin conditions, allergies, or medical issues before receiving treatments.
   
• Results Disclaimer: While 13Esthetics LLC uses advanced technology and professional-grade products, individual results may vary based on skin type, condition, and lifestyle. No guarantees are made for specific results.
   

• Limitation of Liability: 13Esthetics LLC shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications that arise due to pre-existing skin conditions or undisclosed medical issues. All treatments are performed at the client’s own risk.
   

• Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or service, including any required deposits.
   
• Refunds: Refunds for services are not available once the service has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours to address your concerns.
   
• Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows, but will be credited toward the final payment of your service at the time of your appointment.
   

These terms govern purchases made from www.13esthetics.com, including our range of skincare devices such as IPL hair removal tools, microcurrent facial toning devices, and LED light therapy tools.

• Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
   
• Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please ensure all details are accurate.
   
• Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
   

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, the following return policy applies:

• Unopened Devices: Devices returned unopened, unused, and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund, minus shipping fees.
   
• Opened Devices: Opened or used devices may only be returned if:
   
  • The device shows no signs of misuse or damage.
     
  • The customer provides 3 months of time-stamped photos showing consistent use and lack of results.
     
  • If the claim is validated, a full refund will be issued.

2. Upon approval, you’ll receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
    
3. Once we receive and inspect the device, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
    

• Exclusions: Devices that show signs of damage, misuse, or neglect are not eligible for return or refund.
   

• Privacy: Please review our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
   
• Changes to Terms: 13Esthetics LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
   
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 13Esthetics operates (Colorado).
