1. Services Terms and Conditions

These terms govern the use of all esthetician services provided by 13 Esthetics, including, but not limited to, facials, LED therapy, microcurrent treatments, and other skincare treatments.

Appointments

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online or by phone. A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking.
  • Cancellations: We require at least 24-hour notice for appointment cancellations. Failure to cancel within this window may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service charge.
  • Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule, and a fee may be applied.

Health and Safety

  • Client Responsibility: Clients must disclose any known skin conditions, allergies, or medical issues before receiving treatments.
  • Results: While 13 Esthetics uses advanced technology and products, individual results may vary based on skin type, condition, and other factors. No guarantees are made for specific results.

Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: 13 Esthetics shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions or complications that arise due to pre-existing skin conditions or undisclosed medical issues. All treatments are performed at the client's own risk.

Payment and Refunds for Services

  • Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking or service.
  • Refunds: Refunds for services are not available once the service has been provided. If you are unsatisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours to address any concerns.

2. Shopping Terms and Conditions

These terms govern purchases made from www.13esthetics.com, including our range of skincare devices such as IPL hair removal, microcurrent facial toning devices, and LED light therapy tools.

Order Processing

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please ensure all details are accurate.
  • Shipping: Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, the following return policy applies:

  • Unopened Devices: Devices that are returned unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery will receive a full refund, minus shipping fees.
  • Opened Devices: If the device has been opened and used, a return can be initiated only if the following conditions are met:
    • The device must show no signs of damage or misuse.
    • The customer must provide 3 months of time-stamped photos showing proof of consistent use and lack of results. These photos should clearly demonstrate that the device was used as intended and failed to deliver the expected results.
    • If the claim is validated, a full refund will be issued.
  • Return Process:
    1. Contact our customer service team at 13esthetics@gmail.com to initiate a return and provide the required photos if applicable.
    2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the device back to us. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
    3. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Exclusions: Devices showing signs of misuse or damage will not be eligible for return or refund.

3. General Terms

  • Privacy: We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
  • Changes to Terms: 13 Esthetics reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services or website indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
  • Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which 13 Esthetics operates.
